A New Horizon Inc.®, (A New Horizon) is a federally licensed 501 (c) 3 non-profit company. We are bonded and insured and operate nationally to provide financial management services and bring debt relief to employees of corporate America.

Our services also compliment an Employee Assistance Program and allow major company Human Resource departments to enhance their role of being benevolent while still being a resource. A New Horizon enables employers to provide their employees with confidence, hope and relief without any cost to the employer or administrative duties to your company.

Mr. Stephen Marcus, a licensed psychologist, started the company with the mission to bring fair and honest debt counseling to the public. Over the past 24 years, A New Horizon has arranged financial stability to tens of thousands of Americans. A New Horizon offers financial management services, debt consolidation, and a Student Loan Consolidation Program.

Our professional counselors are available Monday and Thursday 8am-6pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-3pm Eastern Time to answer employee questions and counsel them regarding their individually customized plan. For the employees it is like having trained professionals watching overtime over their money and financial affairs everyday.

When an employee calls, they will receive in just a few minutes an evaluation of their debt position. When an employee contacts us from our website, one of our credit counselors will contact them within 48 hours Monday through Friday. Accounts will be set up according to the acceptable guidelines of the creditors. A New Horizon will work with everyone even when they continue to have difficulty with agreed payments. We work to reduce monthly payments to fit into a realistic budget that employees can commit to.

Regardless of financial status, everyone can benefit from A New Horizon's ability to get interest rates lowered to 6-8% or even eliminated to 0%. We then consolidate all bills into one easy monthly payment and often times reduce monthly payments up to 50%.

A New Horizon works with the State of Florida Agency for Workforce Innovation and the Reemployment and Emergency Assistance Coordination Team by offering our financial counseling and debt management services to dislocated workers.
